CHRISTIAN BROTHERHOOD # 2Acts 15:36-41 - “And some days after Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us go again and visit our
brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they do. And
Barnabas determined to take with them John, whose surname was Mark. But Paul thought not
good to take him with them, who departed from them from Pamphylia, and went not with them to
the work. And the contention was so sharp between them, that they departed asunder one from
the other: and so Barnabas took Mark, and sailed unto Cyprus; And Paul chose Silas, and departed,
being recommended by the brethren unto the grace of God. And he went through Syria Christian relationship. “Ye are the light of the world”. Matt. 5 Our testimony is the most important thing in life. We are ambassadors for the Lord. Our light cannot be turned off and on at will. Our light is constantly shining. “It giveth light unto all that are in the house”. Matt. 5 A glorifying light. Jer. 13:15-16 - “Hear ye, and give ear; be not proud: for the LORD hath spoken. Give glory to the LORD your God, before he cause darkness, and before your feet stumble upon the dark mountains, and, while ye look for light, he turn it into the shadow of death, and make it gross darkness.” A faithful light. Acts 26:15-20 - “And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom
thou persecutest. But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose,
to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those
things in the which I will appear unto thee; Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles,
unto whom now I send thee, To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light,
and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance
among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not A clean light. Psa. 19:9-14 - “The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of
the LORD are true and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than
much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Moreover by them is thy servant
warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward. Who can understand his errors? cleanse
thou me from secret faults. Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not
have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.
Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Russell Stolp Psalm 37:4 "Delight thyself also in the LORD: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart."
